Spike Cohen is an American libertarian political activist, entrepreneur, and podcaster. He began his career as a web designer at the age of 16 and later transitioned to libertarian activism after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Cohen co-owns Muddied Waters Media and hosts two podcasts. He was the Libertarian Party’s nominee for vice president of the United States in 2020. His political platform includes reducing national debt, extensive criminal justice reform, demilitarization of the police, and creating police accountability programs. Cohen is also the Founder and President of You Are The Power, a nonprofit focused on using solutions-oriented activism to grow the Liberty movement. David Hogg is an American gun control activist who rose to prominence during the 2018 United States gun violence protests. As a student survivor of the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting, he helped lead several high-profile protests, marches, and boycotts. Hogg and a group of fellow survivors started the Never Again movement, appearing in town halls and on television demanding immediate change. They organized and led the massive March For Our Lives protest in Washington, DC, calling for gun reform. Hogg’s activism prompted significant changes, such as raising the age requirement for firearm sales to 21 in the state of California and four major retailers. He is also the author of the New York Times bestseller “#NeverAgain: A New Generation Draws the Line” which provides an in-depth look at the making of the #NeverAgain movement.
